1. Booking & Confirmation Deposit

To secure a private tour or dedicated chauffeur vehicle with RentalCeylon, a 30% commitment deposit is required upon itinerary approval. The remaining 70% balance is payable prior to tour start or upon arrival in Sri Lanka directly to your driver or our office.

2. Inclusions & Pricing Transparency

All private vehicle rental quotes include: dedicated air-conditioned vehicle, licensed chauffeur guide, comprehensive passenger and vehicle insurance, fuel, highway and expressway tolls, and driver accommodation/allowances.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 14+ Days Notice: 100% full refund on remaining balance.
• 7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% refund on remaining balance.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: Balance is non-refundable due to vehicle and hotel reservation hold commitments.
• Flight Date Rescheduling: Free itinerary date adjustments without penalty.

4. Child Safety & Complimentary Equipment

RentalCeylon provides complimentary ISOFIX child car seats and compact strollers upon advance request. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors throughout excursions.
